Poplar Place is completely self-catering with a well-fitted kitchen; complete with

A Washing Machine-Air drier combo.

Large dining area with a 6-seater Dining Room Set with crockery and cutlery for 8. Comfortable lounge with a Sleeper Couch and full DSTV. A wood-burning fireplace ensures warmth in winter. The patio is partially undercover and allows, besides for the amazing views during the day, an ideal place for stargazing and out door entertaining; A braai and a gas skottel is available for your out door cooking together with a 6 seater Cast Iron Patio set; your patio picture is complete.

The main bedroom has a Queen size bed with own TV and DVD video recorder combo

The other 2 bedrooms are each equipped with 2 single beds.

Two bathrooms (one with oval bath and second one with shower) with a separate toilet.

Poplar Place is fully fenced and well-behaved pets are welcome by prior arrangement.

Minimum of R600 per night.

SERVICING OF HOUSE is an additional R100 PER DAY and must be requested when booking is made. Beds are made, Bathroom cleaned, Dishes washed, Fireplace and Braai cleaned out Floors are swept and mopped. Laundry is not included but can be arranged at an additional charge.

Meals can be arranged from Artist’s Café and delivered at no extra charge.

The village of Clarens offers plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, art galleries, gift shops and other interesting shops for the browser and shoppers amongst us.

Activities including white water rafting, mountain bike and 4x4 trails, hiking,

Fly fishing, quad biking, horse riding and paint ball are amongst the activities available on the “Out Door Menu” in and around Clarens.

The par 72 golf course, designed and constructed by Golf Data, is bound to excite all levels of golfers. The 18 holes meander along and across the tranquil river and the trout dams with some cascading waterfalls.
